Face value band (under 10M, 10–50M, 50M+)
Number of counterparties and jurisdictions
Volume and quality of documentation

Fees are quoted in USD and typically settled via USDT (Polygon) to the official wallet address shown in our request / confirmation email. In some cases, and only by mutual agreement, a traditional bank transfer in EUR/USD may be discussed.

You will always receive a clear engagement note stating deliverables, estimated timeline, and the exact fee before any payment is requested. You should not send funds without that confirmation.

1) Scope — What WPP reviews for you

Alignment between DOA, CIS and basic economics of the transaction
Logic of procedures (who does what, in which order, under which conditions)
Compatibility between the proposed structure and how banks normally operate
SWIFT flow feasibility (MT199 / MT799 / MT760 logic at a structural level)
Red-flag patterns commonly seen in dead-end “SBLC stories”
Overall execution and monetisation feasibility based on the documents you provide

2) Limitations — What WPP does not do

We do not issue, confirm, transfer, trade or monetise SBLC / BG or any other instrument.
We do not contact banks on your behalf or authenticate instruments as “real” or “fake”.
We do not guarantee execution, returns, LTV, or any specific bank decision.
We do not participate in cash-upfront schemes or unrealistic “fast money” structures.
We act strictly as an independent Financial Architect and document-based analyst.

3) Deliverables — What you receive from WPP

A written Pre-Verification outcome (by email, and in some cases a short PDF summary).
A clear Go / No-Go / More-Information view based on structure, not emotion.
A structured risk & red-flag overview, highlighting key concerns (if any).
Recommendations on realistic next steps, or a clear explanation of why we recommend not proceeding.
If the case is a clear “Go”, an indication of how it can be positioned for funding / monetisation in the next stage.

Typical turnaround for the pre-verification outcome is 1–2 business days after your advisory fee has been confirmed and received. Complex, multi-jurisdiction cases may require additional time and documentation.

Step 2 — Receive our fee, scope & next steps
If the case is in-scope, you receive a written email with: a fixed advisory fee in USD, estimated timeline and documents we will review, plus payment instructions. Only after this email and your agreement do you proceed with payment and we start the review.

If your case is not in-scope, we will tell you early, so you do not build false expectations or spend money on a path we do not believe in structurally.
